Method principle: Using patented, specially designed heat and corrosion-resistant metal plates as a medium, heat exchange takes place leveraging density differentials between water (vapor) and gas.
Sulfides or corrosive substances in high-temperature gases can also be extracted via condensation in the condensing process and drained in liquid form.
Meanwhile, high-temperature gas is cooled down to harmless low-temperature and discharged into the atmosphere for protecting the ozone layer; thereby eliminating fines relating to infringement of environmental statutes and preventing the corporate image from being impaired.
At the same time, cooling water at the low-temperature side is warmed up after getting in contact with high-temperature gas; where heat can be recycled for re-use based on customer needs or led into a lithium bromide air conditioning system for achieving energy saving through using waste heat.

Gas-Liquid and Steam-Gas Heat Exchangers manufactured by Taiwan SRP Inc. are suitable for the organic solvent recycling process of high-flow low-pressure gases.
Taiwan SRP Inc. Gas-(Steam-)Liquid Heat Exchangers differ from traditional fin or metal tube Heat Exchangers. Our newly developed Gas-(Steam-)Liquid Heat Exchanger is designed with specially patterned plates for absorbing and releasing latent heat during the phase transformation when a gas (steam) contacts a liquid, thereby increasing heat transfer and achieving low pressure loss (0-1000pa) and excellent heat exchange effect.
Product is of respective single metal design (ss304/316L, SMO254 ~ C276), provision of versatile materials significantly increases the corrosion resistance of the product. Specially punched and laser-welded plates are easy to clean and replace. Features such as high efficiency, lightweight, and small footprint also reduce customer costs derived from pipeline alterations. An automatic cleaning system can also be designed according to the operating environments of the customer, thereby prolonging the service lifespan of the product.
Taiwan SRP Inc. is the only supplier in Taiwan that provides Plate-type Gas-(Steam-)Liquid Heat Exchangers. The structure design of internal modules can be tailor-made to meet customer requirements, just as agile as building blocks; expansions can also be made afterward as required.
SRP uses different structure materials in the design of module blocks and shells for different gas (steam) applications to liquid heat exchange, such as air condenser, heater, desulfurization post processer, boiler tail gas recycling, exhaust heat recycling, and corrosive gas prevention. Temperatures can be as high as 800℃.

Patented laser-welded channel plates as heat transfer elements. Special channel structure allows even distribution of both gas and liquid when they come into contact with each other in the channel. Gas-Liquid Heat Exchanger for exhaust treatment of fried food industry in Taiwan
Potato chip frying pot of the food industry releases a large amount of fumes into the atmosphere during the production; the fume damages our ozone layer and causes large fines.
After installing our Gas-liquid Heat Exchanger, the existing high-temperature fume of frying oil is led through the Heat Exchanger. It warms up the cooling water, which becomes the heat source of a lithium bromide air conditioner, thereby achieving the goal of heat recovery and energy saving. At the same time, the high-temperature fume becomes low-temperature clean gas after the heat exchanging process. It is discharged into atmosphere, thereby eliminating issues caused by the direct discharge of the hazardous gas.
Considering sanitation requirements of the food industry, our product is designed with an automatic cleaning system, which will activate the reverse cleaning system at night when the system stops operation and remove stains of the daily frying oil adhered inside the heat exchanger channel. A comprehensive maintenance plan prolongs product lifespan; it also compensates for the hard-to-clean shortcoming of this type of product often seen in the past.
