Following the completion of the biogas dehydration project, our company has further successfully delivered the overall design and manufacturing of an ammonia evaporation and superheating power generation system, providing customers with a safe, efficient, and highly automated power generation solution.
Based on the customer’s operational requirements, the system fully evaporates ammonia and subsequently superheats it, ensuring a stable supply of high-quality working fluid for power generation.
First, liquid ammonia is 100% completely evaporated using our high-efficiency heat exchangers. The fully evaporated ammonia then passes through a second-stage heat exchanger, where precise superheating control is applied to maximize power generation efficiency.
For superheating control, the system employs a three-way control valve to accurately regulate the superheat temperature, effectively preventing overheating and overpressure risks, and significantly enhancing operational safety and system reliability.
The entire system is integrated with a PLC-based remote automatic control architecture, enabling real-time monitoring and comprehensive data logging of all operating conditions, thereby achieving fully automated and traceable operational management.
In addition, our company provides online real-time monitoring, parameter adjustment, and remote maintenance services, helping customers reduce operation and maintenance costs while ensuring long-term stable system operation.
